• The Behavior Guidance Specialist assists with developing and implementing behavioral interventions and delivering classroom support based on child behavior observation outcomes.
• This position provides education and guidance, to families and colleagues, about social emotional development and positive classroom guidance and maintains the high quality behavioral services provided by Capital Area Head Start.
