The primary purpose of this position is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident information, assisting with mobility and personal care, and promptly reporting any changes or incidents to supervisors.
Employees are expected to cooperate with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and to participate in nursing reports and team meetings.
