You will work closely with the Head of HR to ensure seamless HR service delivery, maintain accurate records, support recruitment activities, and provide responsive assistance to US-based employees across multiple time zones.
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires in the Philippines, Latin America, and the US, ensuring a consistent new hire experience while adapting to local requirements and time zones.
