  • Coordinate events as part of the Reward & Recognition program, such as Cinema in the Square and TM Appreciation Party.
  • Assist in monitoring and responding to various contact channels, including emails and general phone lines for guest inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years experience
  • Hospitality/Customer Service based industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Effective communicator, both verbal and written
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Extensive experience with Photoshop and InDesign
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass driving record and criminal background check
  • Must possess a valid United States Driver’s License
