Job Summary
The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Essential duties include administrative functions, committee participation, personnel management, nursing care delivery, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan development.
The role requires a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state and current CPR certification, with a preference for knowledge and experience with PCC.
