Ensure quality management and quality inspection of institutional care, implement regular statistics and analysis of institutional quality indicators, complete analysis of causes and implement improvements.
Implement the holistic care service model ,for specialized cases, work with the medical team, counsellor and paramedical team to develop a personalized care plan.
