The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and maintaining the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must participate in developing and implementing the facility's quality assurance program and assist in training new staff members.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge of PCC systems preferred
Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
