Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and supportive environment.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition

Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation including notes and incident reports
