Skills & Requirements
Must-have
IT systems monitoring and maintenance
Help desk escalation resolution
Google Workspace administration
Okta or similar SSO solutions
MacOS and Windows expertise
Strong English communication skills
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of TCP/IP and network management
Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
MDM tools like Kandji or Workspace One
Security software and password managers
Linux/Unix knowledge
Programming language experience
Proactive customer-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and in teams
Key Requirements
Fluency in English for communication
Experience with client communication
Administrator-level experience with listed IT systems
Good time management and analytical thinking
