The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
The role requires performing specific nursing care procedures such as measuring vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and ensuring resident safety during transfers.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents and assist with transfers

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Demonstrate ability to solve practical problems
Key Requirements
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
