Job Summary

  • The HVAC Foreman is responsible for leading and coordinating HVAC mechanics in the preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of campus HVAC systems.
  • This position provides first-line supervision, assigns and monitors work, ensures completion of PM and repair work orders, and supports operational continuity across academic, research, residential, and administrative facilities.
