Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School Education or GED equivalency
  • 1 year manufacturing experience
  • Blueprint and process sheet interpretation
  • Use of basic hand tools and measuring devices
  • Operation of high temperature ovens and furnaces
  • Pass Visual Acuity Exam
  • Obtain Solder, Braze, and Electro-Static discharge certification

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in self-directed teaming environment
  • Familiarity with 5S and lean manufacturing knowledge
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications for data analysis
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Analytical problem-solving skills

Key Requirements
