Lead, coach, and support a team of P2P support analysts, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and effective prioritization of daily work.
Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 across the entire Procure to Pay flow (AP, Purchasing, iProcurement, Payments) with the ability to troubleshoot cross-module impacts.
