Responsible for managing and developing key supermarket accounts in Buenos Aires, implementing commercial plans per chain to maximize sales, profitability, and market share.
Lead negotiation and execution of commercial agreements (pricing, promotions, displays, and assortment), coordinating with internal areas to ensure product availability and long-term commercial relationships.
Monitor commercial indicators (sales, rotation, margin, share, and service level), generating reports and improvement plans.
