Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Valid Class A, B, or C Driver's License
  • Complete set of automotive repair tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously
  • Comfortable working in moderate to loud noise levels
  • Basic computer skills for data entry

Nice-to-have

  • Previous OEM experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented approach to vehicle repair
  • Enjoy hands-on work keeping vehicles on road

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years professional auto repair experience
  • At least 1 ASE certification required
  • Must obtain 2 additional ASE certifications within first year
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain DOT medical clearance
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
