Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering
• Proven track record of building and operating scalable cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Deep understanding of infrastructure-as-code and GitOps methodologies
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Extensive experience with running Kubernetes and container orchestration in production
• Solid understanding of computer networking fundamentals, REST architecture, and cloud security concepts
• Experience with AWS security services
• Knowledge of security principles and compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning and management tools
• Experience implementing security automation in CI/CD pipelines
• Background in container security and Kubernetes security best practices
• Experience working in a Java-based environment
• One or more security-related certifications
• Hands-on experience with observability tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or product environments
