Base: 101,800 - 124,400; Bonus/Equity: 12% annual bonus target, up to double target, ESPP with 50% match; Benefits: Multiple benefits for wellbeing, share plan, pension plan

Key Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in the insurance sector
  • At least 5 years of claims experience
  • Proficiency in auto, home, and litigation insurance
  • Management experience is an asset
  • Professional insurance designation (CIP) is an asset
  • Claims Adjuster Certificate (5A) required
