Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Masters or PhD in Materials Science
Chemical/Microelectronic Engineering background
2-3 years semiconductor industry experience
Deep understanding of chemistry and kinetics
Knowledge of SIMS XPS EDX SEM TEM analysis
Understanding of planar and vertical NAND processing
Working knowledge of Design of Experiments DoE
Nice-to-have
Ability to travel to Boise TD for 2-4 months
Experience with Y3 data analysis systems
Proven ability to collaborate globally
Self-motivated individual adaptable to changing needs
Experience driving innovation through patents
Key Requirements
