Key Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience in winery operations
• At least 7+ years in senior leadership positions
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Food Science, Fermentation Science, Viticulture, or related field
• Proven ability to run reportable P&L
• Demonstrated expertise in producing cool climate wines
