Job Summary

  • Lead the comprehensive strategy for industrial and building infrastructure management for Mondelez HUB Mexico, ensuring structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and the reliability of physical facilities.
  • Align the strategy with the TPM pillars, especially PM (Progressive Maintenance) and E&T (Education & Training), ensuring assets are safe, sustainable, and prepared for future growth.
  • Manage plant facilities including HVAC, hydraulic systems, lighting, and fire protection systems, ensuring ≥ 98% availability and functionality of critical facilities.
