Job Summary

  • The Regional Human Resources manager provides operational and consultative human resources support for multiple Nexstar work locations.
  • The HR Manager partners closely with business leaders and the Human Resources leadership team to execute key HR initiatives across performance management, organizational development, employee and labor relations, succession planning, and policy implementation.
  • As a regional HR leader, the Manager will act as a key business partner by applying HR expertise to support company initiatives and ensure consistent execution of Nexstar’s people strategies.
