Job Summary
This role manages, maintains, and optimizes the enterprise Metadata management platform as part of the Enterprise Data Strategy and Governance Program.
The successful candidate will define metadata standards, support data lineage initiatives, and act as a subject matter expert for metadata practices.
Candidates must be willing to travel up to 15-20% domestically or internationally to Flowserve sites worldwide.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years metadata management experience
Administer Collibra Informatica Denodo Alation tools
Strong SQL and API integration proficiency
Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
Excellent oral and written English communication
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with ETL processes and data modeling
Experience in manufacturing industry environments
Knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle SAP BPC
Project management skills using Smartsheet
Ability to work in cross-functional matrix environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
5-7 years of work experience in data engineering or analytics
Certification like CDM Professional or tool specific certifications preferred
