Job Summary
The primary purpose of this advanced position is to support and perform the inspection and testing process of materials and products from material input to final assembly of the assigned work area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality System guidelines.
Expands skill base through on-the-job training, cross training, and classroom instruction, and trains personnel in proper inspection techniques, systems, equipment, and processes.
Continually seeks to drive improvements in product and process quality and identifies and escalates quality non-conformances to assist in achieving company quality objectives and key business metrics.
