Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Report all changes in the residents’ condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical.
Assist residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, and dressing and undressing.
