The Global Partner Organization (GPO) is a cornerstone of Workday’s growth strategy, with the GSI partner managers responsible for shaping and executing our joint strategy with our largest global systems integrators.
The P4 Senior Partner Manager, GSIs is responsible for leading Workday’s regional GSI strategy and execution across North & CEE and META, managing strategic relationships with PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, IBM, Cognizant.

Base: 108,100 PLN - 162,100 PLN; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements
7-10+ years' experience in Partner Management, Alliances, Business Development, or Sales/Channel Management
Significant experience collaborating with or within GSIs
Proven track record of building and executing multi-country, multi-stakeholder partner plans
Demonstrated experience working in complex, matrixed organizations
