  • You'll work closely with partners across Brand, Communications, Marketing, and People, as well as business leaders across the company, to ensure Stripe's employer brand is compelling, consistent, and competitive.
  • Drive EVP measurement through brand studies and ongoing reporting, using data to track Stripe's employer brand health, set benchmarks, and report progress against company OKRs.
