Base: $115,200.00 - $172,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for short-term incentive (MIP); Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, etc.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years business process/program management experience (Bachelor's)
  • Minimum 3 years business process/program management experience (Advanced degree)
  • PMP, PgPM, PfPM, Lean Six Sigma certifications
  • Experience in medical industry/device industry
