Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive or advanced manufacturing
Hands-on experience with leak-testing equipment
Familiarity with torque and dispensing tools
Understanding of manufacturing documentation (Work Instructions, PFMEA, BoP)
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities
Basic experience with MES systems and data-collection tools
Willingness to support shift coverage and weekend work
