Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Failure analysis using OFI tools
  • Semiconductor device physics knowledge
  • Automated Test Equipment (ATE) experience
  • Failure analysis reporting
  • Physical and electrical failure analysis

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with SEM, FIB, PVC, OBIRCH & PEM tools
  • Knowledge of wafer level reliability stress data
  • Experience with layout software Camelot or Avalon
  • Ability to interpret transistor level test data

Key Requirements

  • B.S. to PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline
  • Understanding of semiconductor FinFET fabrication process
  • Authorization to access U.S. export controlled information
