  • Strong understanding of DB Pensions market
  • Excellent project planning and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Ability to manage diverse workload under pressure

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with buy-ins and buy-outs
  • Knowledge of general de-risking processes
  • Working towards Prince 2 or Agile qualifications
  • Experience with larger end of market transitions
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Key Requirements
