Job Summary

  • As a key actor of the Customer Acceptance and Delivery Multi-Functional Team (CAD MFT), you will represent the Airbus Quality organization in front of our Customers.
  • Your main missions will be to manage customer communication for all quality related topics, define and agree on quality irritants, ensure risk management, and launch/coordinate corrective actions to enhance Customer satisfaction.
