Base: $150,000 - $200,000; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonuses and potential equity; Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, FSA, PTO, life insurance, 401(k)
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years in creative leadership roles
5+ years in senior creative position
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience prototyping tools for concept testing
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with financial services industry
Experience with CMS and marketing automation tools
Growth mindset and adaptability to complex challenges
Ability to simplify complex financial concepts
Track record of tying creative work to business outcomes
