Must-have

  • Two years professional job-related experience
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Pass Basic Assembly Training (BAT)
  • Willingness to work overtime

Nice-to-have

  • Strong electrical and mechanical background
  • Flexible self-directed individual
  • Previous engine assembly manufacturing experience
  • ASE Certification for diesel or gas engines
  • Leadership experience in assembly production

Key Requirements

  • Two years auto/diesel/farm maintenance experience
  • Two years commercial construction maintenance experience
  • Technical degree in diesel or automotive technology
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds
