Chicagoland Speedway is seeking a Marketing Street Team Event Staff member to assist in grassroots programming and local event activations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a self-starter attitude to manage various event logistics

Job Summary

  • The Marketing Seasonal Representative will work alongside the Sr. Director, Marketing and Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute all grass roots programming including all local event activations for Chicagoland Speedway.
  • Assist with management and maintenance of show car, pace car, simulator & trophy program with the marketing team, planning the appearance schedule, coordinating event logistics, developing a prospect conversion plan, maintaining relationships with event contacts and delivering a positive experience for fans and partners.
  • Support the Marketing and Event Experience teams in the planning and execution of all race weekend programming including first time fan programs, engagement programs or other duties as assigned.
