Job Summary

  • The Customer Retention Program (CRP) is a strategic sales initiative designed to reward and retain existing customers by providing them with exclusive discounts, special offers, and incentives to purchase new products.
  • As a Customer Retention (Sales) Agent, you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Date Privacy.
  • You will also be responsible in ensuring that all customers have the right products and services and consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches.
