Key Requirements
Minimum two years of experience in Reservations, PBX, Front Office, or similar
Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Solid knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel systems is preferred
