Job Summary

  • The professional will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing compensation policies and practices that ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Will act in both operational activities and strategic projects, offering technical support to Human Resources areas and leadership, contributing to decision-making related to fixed, variable compensation, and job structure.
