The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and organization within its kitchen environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong teamwork skills, be able to perform under pressure, and have some prior experience in food preparation and operating a commercial dish machine.

Job Summary
Scrape, wash, sanitize, and properly store all china, flatware, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment in accordance with Legends Global standards and Health Department regulations.
Maintain the kitchen and small wares storage areas in an organized fashion and clean and organize all food prep areas throughout the facilities daily.
This position will require long periods of standing, walking, and navigating stairs/elevators in a loud noise environment, and must be able to transport up to 50 pounds.
