  • This role serves as a coach, facilitator, and advocate to drive the understanding and adoption of GE Aerospace's FLIGHT DECK lean operating model.
  • The position requires partnering with Sales & Business Development leaders to prioritize problems based on voice of the customer and process.

Salary

Base: $142,000.00 - $189,000.00 (OH); $163,300 - $217,350 (MA); Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus based on percentage of base salary; Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, 401(k) matching, tuition assistance, paid parental leave
