Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Member in good standing of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Minimum 5 years in large-scale municipal infrastructure project management
Minimum 3 years in technical team management/coordination
Proficiency in spoken and written French
Experience with large-scale and alternative mode mandates
