This role is responsible for leading and overseeing User Acceptance Testing activities to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and are production-ready.
The position requires partnering closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to plan, execute, and govern UAT across multiple initiatives.
Candidates must have a proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, competing priorities, and develop mitigation strategies for risks and defects.

Must-have
7+ years testing or quality assurance experience
7+ years business execution or strategic planning
3+ years management or leadership experience

Strong understanding of SDLC and release management
Experience with defect management and test tools

Experience in large matrixed enterprise environments
Financial services or regulated industry background
Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall models
Ability to operate with limited supervision
Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
