Job Summary

  • As a Dealer Services Team Lead, you will serve as the primary liaison between HUB and our dealership partners, driving service excellence, deepening business relationships, and leading a team of Mobile Auto Advisors who deliver exceptional insurance solutions at the point of sale.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Mobile Auto Advisors to achieve sales targets, dealership service level expectations, and high customer satisfaction.
  • The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, ie., salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate’s book of business at a particular time.

Key Requirements

  • Level 2 General Insurance License required
