  • Assist the Manager of National Training and Quality in ensuring all program training requirements are met, including new hire, developmental, and refresher trainings.
  • Design and implement training programs using client- or Inizio-approved training materials and assess and revise existing training plans and content.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Active RN or RT license required
  • 2+ years of field leadership or supervisory management experience

  • Respiratory disease background
  • Ability to travel for national meetings
