Must-have

  • 3-5 years industrial machine maintenance experience
  • Read mechanical and electrical schematics
  • Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, motors, and sensors
  • Experience with Rockwell Automation Compact Logic
  • Knowledge of OSHA and Lockout/Tagout procedures
  • Ability to work 2nd shift hours

Nice-to-have

  • Robot experience with Yaskawa, Fanuc, or Kuka
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic system knowledge
  • Root cause analysis skills
  • CMMS documentation proficiency
  • Continuous improvement mindset

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years of industrial machine maintenance experience
  • Proficiency with Rockwell Automation RSLogix 5000
  • Understanding of NEC 70E Electrical Safety standards
  • Ability to climb steps and work in tight spaces
