Job Summary

  • This role supports FMCNA’s mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy while adhering to all regulatory and company policy requirements.
  • The Insurance Coordinator meets regularly with dialysis patients to educate and coordinate insurance options including Medicare, Medicaid, and other assistance programs.
  • Extensive local travel to clinics is required, and the position involves working in a healthcare facility environment with desk and patient interaction duties.

Must-have

Key Requirements

  • 2 – 5 years related healthcare experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Social Work or Healthcare focus preferred
  • High school diploma with 5+ years insurance experience acceptable
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Experience with Medicare, Social Security and Medicaid systems
