  • Our Valuation and Modelling practice comprises a team of talented professionals from across the globe coming from diverse horizons including leading asset managers, corporate development teams, world largest consulting and audit firms and dedicated valuation boutiques.
  • You will carry out various assignments for valuation and modelling advisory across different industries and situations, prepare detailed financial modelling and business plans, and produce outstanding deliverables for our clients.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Financial modelling in Microsoft Excel
  • Valuation methodologies application
  • Valuation of financial instruments
  • IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP knowledge
  • Private capital alternative investments exposure
  • English language proficiency

Nice-to-have

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multilingual abilities including German and French
  • Professional finance or accounting qualification progress
  • Attention to detail and professional skepticism
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Sense of humor appreciated

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
  • 2–4 years professional experience in valuation and modelling
  • Proficiency in English; German and French strong assets
  • Experience with option pricing models and Purchase Price Allocations
  • Progressing toward professional finance or accounting qualification
