Job Summary
This role will support new product development and sustaining engineering activities for our Suzhou manufacturing facility and contract manufacturers across the APAC region.
Lead and support multiple R&D and sustaining projects focused on cost optimization, product enhancements, and new product introductions (NPIs) across APAC.
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, process engineering, materials planning, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
