The position oversees multiple high-impact enterprise-wide learning initiatives including Leadership Learning Series and CareerFocus while ensuring measurable business impact.
Candidates must lead a team of facilitators and coordinators while managing relationships with external learning vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Requirements
