Job Summary

• Professionally achieve regional business objectives by ensuring the regional team successfully completes the work plan (POA), field strategy plan, and regional plan in accordance with company policies and AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.
• Develop regional business plans by conducting market SWOT analysis and formulating regional business plans based on key business objectives, while coaching and supporting medical representatives in implementing their business plans to effectively achieve goals.
• Manage personnel and team leadership and development by identifying team vacancies and promptly recruiting qualified new hires according to company recruitment regulations and business capability models, and providing field coaching to medical representatives using field coaching forms.
