Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years in technical support
  • 1+ years validating XML, JSON, and CSV formats
  • 1+ years experience with JIRA, Microsoft Office, and Visual Studio Code
  • 1+ years experience focusing on data-driven decision-making
